深圳市学生意外伤害保险通知,揭晓2023-2024学年保险安排

缴费方式将从入学时所缴纳的教材资料费(学杂费)中扣除,投保对象为全日制在籍本科生,关于保险责任及理赔的详细信息,请参阅OSA于10月27日发出的邮件。

特别注意事项:

1、此学生人身意外伤害保险由深圳市政府组织参保,学生可自愿购买,但学校鼓励所有同学参保。

2、对于深圳低保家庭的同学,可免扣5元保费,请于2023年10月31日(星期二)中午12:00前提交相关证明文件至指定邮箱。

3、如有同学决定不购买此保险,请于2023年11月1日(星期三)中午12:00前完成不参保回执的填写并提交,电子回执与纸质版回执需同时提交,缺一不可。

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Shenzhen city is launching the Student Personal Accident Insurance plan for the 2023-2024 academic year. This insurance is designed to cover students for accidental injuries they may sustain during both on-campus and off-campus educational activities and daily routines, ensuring their safety and health during school hours. PICC Property and Casualty Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch will be the insurer, covering students from September 1st, 2023 to August 31st, 2024.

The school has organized a unified purchase of this insurance. The premium for student personal accident insurance is 15 CNY per student per year. With a subsidy of 5 CNY each from Shenzhen Municipal Finance Department and Education Development Foundation, the actual premium to be paid by students is 5 CNY.

The premium will be deducted from the textbook and material fees (tuition fees) paid during enrollment. The insurance is applicable to all full-time registered undergraduate students. For detailed information on insurance liability and claims, please refer to the email sent by OSA on October 27th.

Special Reminders:

1、This student personal accident insurance is organized by the Shenzhen government, and students are free to purchase it, although the school encourages all students to participate.

2、Students from low-income families in Shenzhen are eligible for a waiver of the 5 CNY premium. Please submit relevant documents to the designated email before 12:00 noon on October 31st.

3、If a student decides not to purchase the insurance, please complete the non-participation receipt and submit both the electronic and printed versions by noon on November 1st to Room 502 of the Student Center. Both are required.
